This weeks interview is with Adam Entous of the New York Times on his article about Ukraine US relations. I have watched this war on almost a daily basis since the invasion of February 2022. It has been a story of grim reality and the shining resilience of the Ukrainian people. Adam really shows how the US decision to withhold support has been based on our decision not to produce more armaments during this current and past administrations. Bad choices lead to bad outcomes. Until we really fire up our defense industrial complex we are going to be limited in our ability to help others on foreign battlefields much less protect the homeland. We are re-entering an age of iron, might, and steel with our battle capacity severely limited. This reality and poor management of resources could be catastrophic in out come. China and Russia are producing battle ready weapons at an alarming rate.
